The Friday Video: July 10, 2015 Flash Flood in Northwest El Paso

Judy Ackerman told me that the video shows a "graphic example of why NOT to build on our mountains." The entire 14 minutes is a jawdropper especially the last exciting 2 or 3 minutes.
